One of the really nice things about Sunday is that I get to spend more time with my cats. Although they sleep through most of it, I really enjoy their presence.
Amigo kept me company this morning while I read Girls of Riyadh for one of my book clubs. My original book club jokingly called me a book club whore, but I am happy being part of both groups. I am reading Girls of Riyadh with the book club I’m newer to, and Love Walked In with the other. But back to the cats… Amigo was well behaved until he started chewing on my Twilight bookmark – not cool. And don’t worry, I’m going to wash those placemats asap.
As some of you know, Leggy is a bit more mellow than Amigo. She can even be somewhat timid. Mostly though, I think she’s a princess. She parked herself on my emptied out gym bag earlier and she’s still curled up on it now. She was alert for the picture but now she’s got her eyes squeezed shut for nap time.
I’d curl up with her, something I love to do, but I’m off to the movies now. We’re going to see Public Enemies. To be truthful, I don’t even know what it’s about. All I do know is that Johnny Depp is in it… which is enough for me. Also, Adam wouldn’t go to My Sister’s Keeper. Mmmm, I can smell the popcorn already.

Brian and I saw Public Enemies Sat. night… we liked it!
